Book 24 hours prior to your departure date – we will guarantee a seat on any scheduled
shuttle. We are never sold out for you! We will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings.

We promise to never leave you stranded at
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. We will:
Accommodate you on our next out available shuttle; or
Credit your ticket towards another shuttle
trip – to be used by anyone you designate – no expiration date; or
Credit your fare towards private transportation with White Tie Transportation, Limousine & Tours.
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and JCB. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the booking process. Prices
are subject to change until payment received. You may pay by cash with a credit card to hold your reservation. To book this

cancel or change your reservation any time up to 24 hours prior to your pick up time. If you cancel prior to 24 hours, your credit
card will immediately be issued a refund, no questions asked!
Cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable; however,
tickets are reusable for the value of the shuttle transfer on a trip in the future. Reservations will be honored on a space available
basis at current fares at the time you book your new reservation. Additional discounts and coupons will not apply to current fare
prices. Future reservations may be made for you or a person you may designate. There are no cancellation fees, however, current prices
will be charged.
Changes to your reservation less than 24 hours will be honored on a space available basis. Fare changes will be recalculated
based upon current prices considering any discounts to the original ticket. For example if you book three people round trip, then
one person cancels from the reservation, the credit would be given for the value of the reservation based upon the difference between
fares paid for three and fares charged for two people. Additionally; if you only travel one way and booked a round trip ticket at
a reduced price, your credit would be determined by the difference between your round trip fare and a one way fare.
Any credits for
cancellations and changes will be issued in the form of a gift certificate with a unique credit number. These credits will be delivered
via email and must be provided to reservations by email or fax at the new reservation is made.
For the safety and comfort of our other
passengers, we reserve the right to deny boarding to unruly and/ or inebriated passengers. Anyone removed from a shuttle or denied
boarding for these purposes are not eligible for a credit towards future bookings or a refund.

will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, construction or unforeseen conditions beyond its control.

Extra bags or overweight bags will be allowed on the shuttle on a space available basis for an additional charge of $15 per bag. Passengers
are responsible to identify their luggage and Sedona Hotel Shuttle will not be liable for lost, damaged, mistaken or stolen bags or
Pets ONLY small dogs which fit into an 11" cage and be placed under the seat will be allowed. Cats, larger dogs and other types
of animals will NOT be allowed to travel on Sedona Hotel Shuttle. Any service animals of course are welcome anytime. Please
contact customer service to book space for the service animal. Changes to Reservations/Re-Booking
All reservations may be changed only
by calling our reservation department and are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of the change. Reservations

Smoking will NOT be allowed in any of Sedona Hotel Shuttle vehicles.
Should Sedona Hotel Shuttle make an error or fail to provide service, Sedona Hotel Shuttle shall be liable only
for the price/ticket value.
Sedona Hotel Shuttle is not responsible for lost or stolen property including luggage. We will
gladly search for lost items, and if found will return them to you. If by mail, a $10 processing fee plus the cost of shipping will
