Does Sedona Hotel Shuttle stop at all Hotels listed?
The driver only stops at Hotels where we have confirmed
reservations. This is one of the
reasons we recommend advance reservations.
Do you accommodate children who travel alone?
aged 18 and older are considered to be adults and the adult fare applies. Students
aged 12 17 years old may also ride unaccompanied
by an adult, but only when a permission

What happens if I miss my shuttle connection
to or from the airport?
If your scheduled plans change or you miss a connecting flight, please contact us immediately
so that we can work to resolve the schedule conflict. Sedona Hotel Shuttle
will not leave you stranded at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
We will either accommodate you in
our next available airport shuttle, apply your payments toward private transportation with
Tie Transportation and Limousine or credit your ticket towards another shuttle trip.
Unused tickets can be used by anyone you may
designate in writing.
Where am I picked up at the airport?
The confirmation and ticket you received by email has detailed instructions
where you may be picked up at the airport. If you still are having difficulties finding the

Do you allow pets?
ONLY small dogs which fit
into an 11" cage and can be placed under the seat will be allowed.
Cats and other types of animals will NOT be allowed to travel on
Sedona Hotel Shuttle.
Do you have a courier service?
Yes, we do, but only beween the airport and the Sedona Office and back. The fee

How long does the trip to and from Sedona take?
From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to most Sedona hotels, the trip
will take approximately 2¼

How much time should I give myself at
the airport before my flight departs?
Airport security recommends that you arrive at the airport at least one hour to two hours
