FAQ’s

Do I need a reservation to travel with Sedona Hotel Shuttle?

Yes. Reservations may be made online at www.sedonhotelshuttle.com or by calling
928-203-9300.

Does Sedona Hotel Shuttle stop at all Hotels listed?

The driver only stops at Hotels where we have confirmed reservations. This is one of the
reasons we recommend advance reservations.

Do you accommodate children who travel alone?

Children aged 18 and older are considered to be adults and the adult fare applies. Students
aged 12 – 17 years old may also ride unaccompanied by an adult, but only when a permission
slip has been signed and must pay the full adult fare.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and
JCB. The credit card charge will be posted to your account the day you make your
reservation.

Can I get a refund if I have already paid for my ticket?

If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation period, all credit card refunds will be
issued immediately.

What are the luggage limitations?

The normally accepted practice is 2 standard suitcases and one carryon per person. If you plan
to travel with more luggage, please call us to make arrangements and to find out about
additional charges for extra luggage - 928-203-9300.

What happens if I miss my shuttle connection to or from the airport?

If your scheduled plans change or you miss a connecting flight, please contact us immediately
at 928-203-9300 so that we can work to resolve the schedule conflict. Sedona Hotel Shuttle
will not leave you stranded at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. We will either accommodate you in
our next available airport shuttle, apply your payments toward private transportation with
White Tie Transportation and Limousine or credit your ticket towards another shuttle trip.
Unused tickets can be used by anyone you may designate in writing.

Where am I picked up at the airport?

The confirmation and ticket you received by email has detailed instructions for locations
where you may be picked up at the airport. If you still are having difficulties finding the
location, please call our dispatch team at 1-928-203-9300 and we will give you further
instructions
 
Do you allow pets?
 
ONLY small dogs which fit into an 11" cage and can be placed under the seat will be allowed.
Cats and other types of animals will NOT be allowed to travel on Sedona Hotel Shuttle.

Do you have a courier service?
Yes, we do, but only beween the airport and the Sedona Office and back. The fee is $20 per
package. A reservation must be made for drop off and pick up. If it is a larger box please call
928-203-9300 for size and weight limitations.

How long does the trip to and from Sedona take?
From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to most Sedona hotels, the trip will take approximately 2¼ –
2½ hours from departure until the drop off at the first hotel.

How much time should I give myself at the airport before my flight departs?
Airport security recommends that you arrive at the airport at least one hour to two hours
(1:00 – 2:00) before you flight departs.

How much time should I allow myself at the airport between when my flight arrives and
when my shuttle departs Sky Harbor Airport?
You should give yourself at least twenty to forty minutes (0:20 - 0:40) from the time your
flight arrives at the gate to the time your shuttle is scheduled to depart.

What is the Sedona Hotel Shuttle cancellation policy.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of (or after) your scheduled pick up time are not
refundable; however, you will never lose your fare with Sedona Hotel Shuttle. You may apply
the dollar amount of the fare to any other trip with the Sedona Hotel Shuttle – or apply that
amount to private transportation with White Tie Transportation, Limousine and Tours. Call
our reservation team and they will make adjustments and new or rescheduled reservations will
be made based upon seats available.

Will there be seats on your shuttle for me?

Book your reservation 24 hours or more in advance of your pick up time and the Sedona Hotel
Shuttle will Guarantee a seat for you on the shuttle time slot of your choice. We will never
sell out our shuttle reservations.
